Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use paid or authenticated features.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activities under your account credentials. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use.

Service Scope

AuditEdge provides SEO, AEO, and GEO analysis and related tooling. Features may evolve over time to improve quality, safety, and performance.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, or process data you are not authorized to submit.

Intellectual Property

AuditEdge and its software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party providers such as payment processors and infrastructure vendors. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Plans, Billing, and Taxes

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges where applicable and are responsible for any taxes required by law.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and audit outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific ranking outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AuditEdge harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, legal violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
